Here are answers to some of the questions we get the most:

When should I arrive for my party?
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your party is scheduled to start.

Is a deposit required?
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your party anytime up to three weeks from your scheduled party with a full refund of your deposit, however, you must pay for your invitations if they have been printed. If you cancel or reschedule less than three weeks from your scheduled party, the deposit is non-refundable, however we will work with you to try and reshedule, or we may issue a store credit.

Can we start the party in the party room?
All parties begin in the inflatable play area and then move to a private party room.

Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the play area?
We’re sorry, but guests may not re-enter the inflatable area after use of the private party room has begun.

What age groups are appropriate for Jumpin' Jordy's?
Our infalatables are best suited to children ages 2-9. However this varies due to the size and physical abilities of children. If for any reason we feel it is not safe for a child to be using our equipment we will kindly ask them to participate on equipment that is appropriate. We also have an enclosed play area reserved only for children under the age of three.

How often is the play equipment cleaned?
At Jumpin' Jordy's we take cleanliness and safety very seriously. All of our equipment is thouroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. We also provide hand sanitizing gel dispensers throughout our facility for our guests' use.

Is Jumpin' Jordy's a franchise?
No, Jumpin' Jordy's is locally owned and operated by parents just like you. On most days you will find us here so the next time you stop by say hello!

Are socks required at Jumpin' Jordy's?
Yes, socks are required for all participants. We strive to keep our facility as clean as possible and socks are an important element to ensuring a clean facility.

Can I purchase socks?
Yes, socks are available to purchase at the front desk.

Are parents allowed on the inflatables?
Yes-some small children may need a little help to fully enjoy our facility, so parents are allowed on the inflatables to assist the little ones. We ask that parents use the utmost care when inside the inflatables as to not interfere with the other children.

Can I change the party package after it's booked?
Yes-we know that the number of people attending a party is always changing. When you book your party we will ask you for your best guess at the number of people that will be coming. Then we will contact you a few days before your party to ask for a guest count and ask if you would like to change anything in your party package. On the day of your party, your guests will sign in at the front desk. The number of guests signed in will determine your final bill of sale.

Do we have to leave Jumpin' Jordy's after our party is over?
Yes, in an effort to provide the best possible party experience for everyone at Jumpin' Jordy's we ask that all party participants exit at the end of their scheduled party time.

Can I bring in my own paper goods?
You are welcome to bring your own paper goods and decorations. We ask that all paper goods be brought to Jumpin' Jordy's at least 1 day prior to the party. This allows our team time to have everything set for you when you arrive for your party.

Do I have to fill out the waiver?
Yes, our insurance company requires a completed waiver for each person entering the facility, signed by the parent or guardian. Unfortunately, children, parents or guests cannot enter the facility without a signed waiver.
